Chuck Raynor is a graduate of the Randy Potter School of Piano Technology and is an Associate Member of the Piano Technician’s Guild (PTG). He attends annual technical classes and seminars which enable him to provide you with the finest service for your piano using the latest methods and materials.
It is our goal to provide you with a complete piano service, not just a piano tuning. Each time we come to tune your piano, it will be given a complete pre-tuning inspection, all appropriate bolts and screws will be tightened within the piano and in the piano bench and a basic interior cleaning will be performed. The pedals will be adjusted. The pitch of the piano will be compared to the standard A=440 Hz. Before we leave, you will be given our recommendations for any additional work we feel should be done on your piano, along with an estimate of the cost to perform that work.
